Our vision for the Family Centre is to provide a facility which gives all residents in the local community the chance to enhance their quality of life through participating in a wide variety of activities, at the same time fostering a community spirit.
We will be re-opening after the Coronavirus outbreak on Monday 6th July, with full health & safety measures that have been taken to keep visitors to the building safe.
Our risk assessment takes into account all possible hazards that could be present with the re-opening, with steps we have taken to address these risks and keep people safe. The building has been fully sanitised by a professional cleaning company, we have had checks for legionella done to ensure our water is fully safe, hand sanitiser is provided at both our main entrances, we will be asking for one-way movement in the building, especially in the narrow corridor at the back of the building and the halls and other areas have been marked up to show 2 metre social distancing.
There will be posters all around the building to remind people of the hygiene and social distancing measures they should be taking and all class and event co-ordinators have been asked to remind their customers of these at the beginning of their sessions.
We want to welcome people back to the Ludwick Family Centre when they feel ready, assuring them we have done everything we can to ensure the time they spend here is safe and pleasant.
